Pad residential has been involved in property management for over a decade. It was decided in May 2008 to apply their first rate service to the often tired and expensive hotel sector. The ‘credit crunch’ first hit the news in August 2007. Thus the need to provide superior hotel accommodation at an affordable price became both the challenge and opportunity. On the 18th September 2008 in a bold move pad aparthotels took possession of their first city centre twenty one bedroomed apartment block. The rest they say is history....

Not content with just one location and realising that by offering accomodation at both ends of Deansgate would provide a distinct advantage pad aparthotels decided to look for a second building. It did not take long. Spotting a superb brand new block at the top of Liverpool Road and opposite the prestigious Beetham Tower  the directors decided this was too good to miss.

After only just four weeks from taking our first block of apartments pad aparthotels signed for their second major Manchester property. In one amazing month and by adding another twenty eight bedrooms to their portfolio the total number of accomodation now amounted to forty nine bedrooms.

In July 2008 at the time we were preparing to take our first building we spotted a third superb self contained building still under construction. Perfectly located on Bloom Street at the end of Bridge Street and across the road from Salford Central Station. The block is a  five minute walk from our office and compliments our first two developments being in the centre of Deansgate. The building was completed in March 2009 and we took possession the following month. Our Bloom apartments add a further fourteen bedrooms to our portfolio taking our tally to sixty three bedrooms.
